Trainer of Heroes
Cathleen Beachboard has worked for fifteen years teaching and empowering students in her English Language Arts classes. Growing up as a struggling dyslexic student, she learned the power of showing people their strengths instead of their weaknesses. Through an amazing student driven transformation (featured in this book) Cathleen learned the keys to empowerment. Her new life mission is to equip educators and students with the power and the ability to change the world.
Cathleen graduated from West Liberty University with a degree in English Education. Over the years, Cathleen has served as an instructional coach, SIM professional developer, speaker, storyteller and currently serves as an 8th grade English teacher at Taylor Middle School.
Cathleen is married to Matthew and together they have seven beautiful children, five of which they adopted out of foster care during their first year of marriage. Between the kids, their pug, and labradoodle, they have a full house!
